Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD programs at Wright Patterson AFB, handling system engineering and instruction for anti-tamper capabilities.

The role requires active TS/SCI eligibility and SAP access, with a strong DoD engineering background and teaching responsibilities in a classified environment. You will apply DoD processes to weapon systems, develop training modules, and collaborate with government/industry partners on RFPs and mission-critical projects,

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET with the ability to obtain SCI/SAP access.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years DoD/contractor experience.
• Masters Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years DoD experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures to weapons systems life cycle.
• Assess circuitry and memory components for reverse engineering methods.
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for ATEA FPO education outreach.
• Create and update training materials with government/industry partners.
• Instruct sponsored courses in a classified environment using varied aids andBriefings.
• Provide RFP development support and technical oversight for ongoing projects.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Evaluate capabilities to meet CPI protection requirements and specifications.
• Assess test plans and participate in system, subsystem, and component testing.
• Conduct risk assessments and scheduling trade-off studies.
