Serco is seeking an SME Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility.
• Minimum 20 years of DoD/government or DoD contractor experience.
• Experience applying DoD security engineering processes to weapon systems.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering processes and program protection planning to weapon systems.
• Assess circuitry, processors, and memory for reverse engineering vulnerability.
• Provide engineering oversight for acquisitions including RFP development and technical reviews.
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry to assess vulnerabilities and protection strategies.
• Identify technologies and improvements to protect CPI in program protection activities.
• Work with DoD Anti-Tamper evaluation teams to analyze designs and vulnerabilities.
• Support enhancements to AT and anti-exploitation design, development, and sustainment.
• Evaluate test plans and participate in system, subsystem, and component testing.
• Perform risk assessments and schedule trade-off studies.
• Create and maintain security classification guides for the DoD AT community.
