Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

You will apply DoD systems engineering and anti-tamper methods, develop training materials, and instruct courses in a classified environment. The role requires an active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, 12+ years engineering experience, and travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access, current within 5 years or under Continuous Vetting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years DoD/government/DoD contractor experience
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years DoD/government/DoD contractor experience
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures in acquisition, manufacturing, fielding, sustainment, modernization and disposal of weapons systems
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory components; determine reverse engineering methodologies
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for education and outreach
• Create and update training materials with Government and industry partners
• Instruct sponsored courses in a classified environment for the Anti-Tamper community
• Provide engineering support for technology/product acquisitions including RFP development and technical oversight
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess capabilities to meet system design requirements and CPI protection goals
• Identify technologies to protect Critical Program Information (CPI) and evaluate system functionality
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in system/subsystem/component testing
• Conduct performance, supportability, schedule and risk assessments; perform trade studies
• Prepare documentation to ensure continuous compliance and mission support
