Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a SME Anti-Tamper Engineer specializing in systems security engineering and microelectronics to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

The role requires an active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI, a Master’s in Engineering with 20+ years of DoD/government experience, and at least 3 years SAP/SCI within the last 5 years. Travel up to 10% (CONUS) is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Master's degree in an engineering discipline with 20+ years DoD/government experience
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience in last 5 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering process and anti-tamper methods
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory chips; evaluate reverse engineering approaches
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and oversight
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Identify CPI protection improvements and anti-tamper strategies
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners on vulnerabilities and lab exploitation
• Create and maintain security classification guides for the DoD AT community
• Contribute to program protection plans and system/test evaluations
