Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a SME Anti‑Tamper Engineer specializing in systems security engineering and microelectronics to support the DoD Anti‑Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

This role requires an active TOP‑SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Master’s degree in engineering, and 20+ years of DoD experience, with travel up to 10%. You will assess electronics, review proposals, and collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners to strengthen weapon system

Qualifications

Active TOP‑SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access required.
Master's degree in an engineering discipline with extensive DoD experience.
Experience with SAP or SCI environments preferred.
Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

Apply DoD systems security engineering processes and anti‑tamper methods.
Assess circuitry and memory chips and determine reverse engineering approaches.
Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions and RFP oversight.
Review contractor proposals for feasibility and interoperability.
Collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners on vulnerabilities and protections.
Develop and maintain security classification guides for DoD AT community.
Conduct system testing and risk assessments related to anti‑tamper capabilities.
