Job summary

Serco seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD programs in the Special Programs Division. You will apply system engineering, protect CPI, and develop training for an Anti-Tamper community in a classified environment.

The role requires active TS/SCI with SAP access, a strong DoD engineering background, and teaching/curriculum experience, with travel up to 10% for CONUS assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years DoD experience.
• Master’s Degree in engineering with 10+ years DoD experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures in acquisition, manufacture, fielding, sustainment, modernization and disposal of weapon systems with experience in Program Protection planning and anti-tamper methods.
• Assess integrated circuitry, industry standard processors, and memory chips and determine methodologies for reverse engineering electronic systems.
• Support Education and Outreach by developing engineering curriculum modules for DoD AT education.
• Collaborate with Government and industry partners to develop and update training materials.
• Instruct sponsored educational courses in a classified environment for the Anti-Tamper community.
• Provide engineering support for technology and product acquisitions including long‑term planning, RFP development, and technical oversight of ongoing projects.
• Review and analyze proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Assess acquired capabilities against system design requirements and CPI protection goals.
• Identify technologies and evaluate system/subsystem design functions to protect CPI.
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in system, subsystem, and component testing.
• Provide specialized support for Export ICT initiatives and enterprise policy modernization; document alignment with mission requirements.
