Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks an Anti-Tamper SME to support the DoD AT program at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, focusing on security engineering for weapon systems and circuitry. You will review designs, assess vulnerabilities, and guide program protection strategies.

The role requires a TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Master’s in engineering, and extensive DoD experience. Travel up to 10% may be required as projects span CONUS sites.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access; current BI within 5 years preferred.
• Master's Degree in Engineering with minimum 20 years of relevant DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering process, weapon system protection planning, and anti-tamper methods.
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory chips; determine reverse engineering methodologies.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions, including RFP development and technical oversight.
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Assess acquisition capabilities against system requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with labs and industry partners to assess vulnerabilities and protection opportunities.
• Identify technologies and evaluate system functions to protect CPI.
• Work with DoD Anti-Tamper Evaluation Teams to understand designs and vulnerabilities.
• Assist efforts to improve anti-tamper/exploitation design, development, and sustainment.
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing of components.
• Conduct performance, supportability, schedule, and risk assessments; scheduling trade-offs.
• Create and maintain security classification guides for the DoD AT community.
