Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This role requires an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access and a strong background in DoD systems engineering and anti-tamper methods.

Ideal candidates hold a Engineering degree with 12+ years of DoD experience or a Master’s with 10+ years, including SAP/SCI exposure. Some travel (CONUS) is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SCI and SAP access.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 12+ years DoD/government experience.
• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years DoD experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within last 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes, policy and procedures for weapon systems lifecycle.
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory to identify reverse engineering methods.
• Develop and update training materials; deliver instruction in classified environments.
• Provide engineering support for acquisitions including RFP development and oversight.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Evaluate capabilities to protect CPI in program protection efforts.
• Conduct system/test plan reviews and risk assessments; support scheduling decisions.
• Support Export ICT initiatives and enterprise policy modernization with documentation.
