Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior SME Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD AT program in the Special Programs Division. You will apply defense security engineering processes to weapon systems and assess hardware vulnerabilities, traveling CONUS up to 10%.

The role requires a TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Master’s in Engineering and 20+ years of DoD-related experience, plus 3+ years SAP/SCI work; you will collaborate with labs and industry to harden designs.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access; current background check within 5 years or under Continuous Vetting.
• Master's degree in an Engineering discipline with 20+ years of DoD/government-related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering process and anti-tamper methods for weapons systems.
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory chips; determine reverse engineering methodologies.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development.
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Assess capabilities to meet design requirements.
• Collaborate with labs and industry on vulnerabilities of weapons systems.
• Identify technologies to protect CPI in program protection.
• Work with DoD AT Evaluation Teams to understand designs and vulnerabilities.
• Assist efforts to improve AT design, development, manufacturing, training, sustainment.
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing.
