Job summary

Serco is seeking an SME Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD programs at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will apply security engineering processes, assess circuitry, and lead anti-tamper initiatives across weapon systems and capabilities.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Master’s degree in engineering, and 3+ years SAP/SCI experience, with up to 10% travel. You will coordinate with DoD labs, industry partners, and program offices to reduce risk and protect

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access
• Master's degree in an Engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering process and anti-tamper methods for weapon systems
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory chips for reverse engineering methodologies
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions and RFP development
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess capabilities to meet system design requirements
• Collaborate with labs and industry partners on vulnerabilities and exploitation
• Identify technologies to protect CPI and program information
• Support DoD AT evaluation teams to understand current designs and vulnerabilities
• Improve anti-tamper design, development, and sustainment
• Evaluate system test plans and conduct testing
• Create and maintain security classification guides
