RTX is seeking an experienced RF design engineer in Tucson, AZ, to lead antenna and radome hardware development and oversee related technology roadmaps. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, delegate tasks, and coordinate with government programs to validate hardware and meet mission requirements.

The role is onsite in Tucson, requiring a strong background in antenna design, near/far field measurements, and program leadership with the ability to obtain interim security clearance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant antenna/radome design experience.
• Experience with near/far field measurements and RF test methods.
• Ability to obtain interim U.S. government issued security clearance before start.
