Job summary
LAUKOA is hiring a Senior Project Analyst to support ANG Executive Secretariat/SACO senior staff action operations in Arlington, VA, with on-site/hybrid work and top-secret clearance requirements. You will oversee workflow, triage tasks, and coordinate staffing for high-visibility actions across NGB, HAF, OSD and Joint Staff.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Management, Communications, Public Policy, Economics, or related field.
- Eight to ten years of relevant experience in staff action support, executive support, project analysis, military staff operations, or workflow management.
- Strong analytical, writing, briefing, and coordination skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.
Responsibilities
- Lead tasker triage, routing, suspense control, status tracking, and closeout.
- Determine OPR/OCR routing and staffing requirements for actions.
- Support complex, high-visibility ANG actions.
- Monitor tasker aging and escalate late actions.
- Review completed products for quality, coordination, completeness, and responsiveness.
- Interface with senior military and civilian officials; maintain confidentiality.
