Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support ANG Executive Secretariat/SACO senior staff action operations in the Arlington, VA area with authorized telework locations. The role provides senior-level workflow oversight, tasker management, issue escalation, and quality control for high-visibility ANG actions involving NGB, HAF, OSD, Joint Staff, MAJCOMs, states, territories, and ANG Wings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Management, Public Policy, Economics or related field preferred.
Eight to ten years of relevant experience in staff action support, executive support, project analysis, military staff operations or workflow management.
Strong analytical writing, briefing, and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple complex tasks; CAC and Government system access.

Responsibilities

Lead tasker triage, routing, suspense control, status tracking and closeout.
Determine routing and staffing for assigned actions and support high-visibility ANG staff actions.
Monitor tasker aging, elevate late or contentious actions, ensure quality and completeness.
Interface with senior military and civilian officials; maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
