Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Senior Analyst in Strategy & Business Operations in Belmont, CA to lead live product adoption insights and support P&T transformation programs. You’ll replace manual reporting with automated tools you build using Python and AI coding tools, collaborating with product, engineering, and finance teams.

The role requires 4+ years in strategy or analytics, strong Python/SQL skills, and hands-on experience with AI coding assistants.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy, business operations, product analytics, or management consulting.
• Proficiency in Python to write, test, and maintain data analysis tools.
• Experience analyzing large datasets via SQL and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Hands-on experience using and evaluating AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
• Strong executive presence and communication skills to convey complex findings.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated product adoption insights tracking customer usage and telemetry over time.
• Support P&T transformation initiatives with data baselines, tracking, and strategic analysis.
• Automate adoption and program reporting to eliminate manual tracking processes.
• Analyze large datasets using Python and SQL, maintaining reusable documentation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance cross-functional leaders to standardize core metrics.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including VPs and the C-suite.
