Job summary
EVERSANA is seeking a Technology Product Owner to lead the Commercial Analytics & Data Technology Portfolio. You will own strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of analytics products for Commercial Operations, Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, and the Field Sales Org across Electrophysiology.
This role requires strong product leadership, data modeling knowledge, and hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI and Qlik, plus a focus on governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields.
- 5+ years delivering analytics, data, or technology solutions for commercial teams.
- Experience managing complex product roadmaps in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and/or Qlik visualization platforms.
- Understanding of data modeling, semantic models, and data flows.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and KPI framework for the Commercial Analytics portfolio.
- Translate business questions into analytics use cases and prioritize backlogs.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery through adoption and value realization.
- Manage backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and releases with cross-functional teams.
- Drive analytics adoption with stakeholder engagement, training, and governance.
- Partner with BI, data engineering, and platform teams to scale dashboards and insights.
- Evaluate opportunities for AI-assisted analytics and scalable distribution of insights.
