EVERSANA seeks a Technology Product Owner to lead the Commercial Analytics & Data portfolio in Irvine, guiding strategy, roadmap, and adoption for analytics capabilities that drive informed commercial decisions.

You will partner with Commercial Ops, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and tech teams to create governed analytics products, with focus on outcomes, user workflows, and measurable value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, analytics, or related experience.
• 5+ years delivering analytics or data solutions for commercial or sales.
• Experience managing complex roadmaps and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, and value realization for Commercial Analytics.
• Translate business questions into a governed analytics backlog and backlog items.
• Define analytics use cases with stakeholders across Commercial Ops, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
• Set KPIs for adoption, forecast visibility, data quality, and user experience.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to adoption and continuous improvement.
