EVERSANA seeks a Vice President of Reporting & Analytics for Patient Services to lead strategy, development, and delivery of analytics that drive client value and patient outcomes. You will guide a global team, shape data solutions, and partner with Client Services, Operations, Product, IT, and Innovation.

The role requires a seasoned leader with deep healthcare analytics expertise, strong storytelling, and a track record of delivering actionable insights for pharma clients and patients alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, health policy, STEM or business.
• 12+ years of healthcare data analytics experience.
• Strong leadership, client management and strategic storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver reporting and analytics solutions for Patient Services clients with measurable value.
• Lead analysts onsite and offshore, conduct data deep dives and root cause analyses.
• Provide strategic vision and roadmap for innovative analytics solutions and client ROI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to drive timely, accurate insights.
• Support business development through pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
• Create scalable best practices and reusable analytics assets for the team.
