Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics to lead enterprise data and analytics initiatives supporting Waltz Health's platform, payer solutions, and operations. You will transform healthcare and pharmacy data into scalable reporting and decision-support capabilities.

You will partner with Product, Technology, Finance, and Business teams to establish standards, govern data, and drive data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 8+ years in analytics.
8–10 years in data analytics, BI, or analytics engineering.
Experience with healthcare/claims datasets preferred.
Strong leadership and ability to mentor analysts.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization's data and analytics roadmap.
Lead enterprise dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance metrics.
Design scalable data models to support reporting initiatives.
Partner with engineering and product to improve data quality.
Develop forecasting models to support planning and growth.
