Responsibilities

• Manage analytics and client reporting team supporting the State Health Plan.
• Own and manage the State Health Plan backlog and prioritize work.
• Consult with State Health Plan reps to define analytic needs.
• Build trusted client partnerships through proactive communication.
• Establish disciplined intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery practices.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, integrity, and reliability of reporting products.
• Partner across analytics, technology, operations, and business teams.
• Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team with strong analytics skills.
