Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking an experienced analytics leader to provide enterprise-wide data visualization leadership and governance. You will shape standards, mentor staff, and drive scalable Tableau-based solutions across the organization.

The role requires deep experience in data visualization, analytics methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration with Data & Analytics leadership to influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in related field.
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, maintenance and communication of data visualization governance and development standards.
• Provide development and consultative services to data viz users across the organization.
• Mentor junior team members on development best practices.
• Design and architect high performance data visualization solutions.
• Analyze complex business problems and prepare detailed specifications.
