BlueLabs is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager I to lead analytics projects across commercial, political and non-profit clients. You will manage medium- to large-scale engagements, build reports and calculators, and deliver client-ready insights.

Mentoring junior staff and coordinating with data scientists and strategists are key parts of the role. The successful candidate will guide internal and external teams, drive data-driven decisions, and ensure timely, high-quality analyses that inform

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing data and building reports.
• Experience leading senior analysts on large, unstructured projects.
• Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor teammates and manage competing priorities.
