BlueLabs is seeking an Associate Director of Program Management to lead a team delivering large-scale survey research and data analytics projects. You will shape program strategy, standardize workflows, and collaborate across data science, polling, and client teams to drive timely, high-quality results.

You will mentor project managers, manage budgets and resources, and partner with leadership to scale operations while maintaining client satisfaction and profitability.

Formación

• 5-7+ years of relevant program management experience, with 2+ years of people management.
• Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience with data science, analytics teams, and non-profit/private sectors is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full lifecycle of large-scale survey research, data and analytics programs; translate client roadmaps into detailed plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Design and implement standardized workflows and tools to track performance, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery quality.
• Bridge between data science, polling, and analytics teams to remove roadblocks and ensure timely execution.
• Serve as a primary client contact, managing communications and aligning tasks with priorities.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, promoting accountability and growth.
• Facilitate meetings with clear agendas, action items, and next steps.
• Monitor capacity planning and resource forecasting to prevent bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with leadership to scale processes and improve profitability and delivery speed.
