Job summary

Zimmer Biomet, a global medical technology leader, seeks a Business Principal Analyst to drive strategic analytics for the Commercial organization. You will translate complex business needs into scalable analytics, using Snowflake and Power BI to deliver dashboards, reports, and insights that guide decision-making.

You will collaborate with Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Sales, Data Science, Corporate Strategy, and Finance to develop comprehensive analytical solutions that improve performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, business, CS, IS, statistics, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of business analysis experience, with commercial excellence, sales analytics, or marketing analytics preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake: SQL, data modeling/transformation, scalable analytics solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI: advanced data modeling and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business questions into well-defined analytics projects and insights.
• Serve as trusted analytics partner to leaders, identifying commercial opportunities and challenges.
• Develop analytical frameworks and recommendations across territory, region, brand, and business units.
• Connect analyses and data sources into cohesive, business-ready insights and reporting solutions.
• Lead high-visibility analytics projects from requirements through deployment and enhancement.
• Provide advanced ad hoc analytics to support leadership decisions.
