Qualifications

• 5+ years leading data warehouse or BI delivery, ideally in real estate, investment management or financial services.
• Strong working knowledge of Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business and technology functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the IA&R Snowflake Data Warehouse roadmap, design, expansion, and evolution.
• Define and deliver data services including reporting, analytics, data deliveries and AI use cases.
• Lead business requirements analysis and translate them into technical specs for delivery.
• Plan and run functional and user acceptance testing for new data models and datasets.
• Lead change management for data initiatives, including adoption planning and release coordination.
• Own technical documentation for the warehouse: data models, mappings, and processes.
