Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a Manager, Data Cloud Intelligence to lead data-driven analytics within the Data Cloud team. You will own complex data sets, dashboards, and client-facing analytics, partnering with product and client teams to deliver scalable BI capabilities across platforms.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of SQL-based analytics, experience with Snowflake/AWS, and a track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to extract insights from large datasets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data-driven analytics using SQL and BI tools to build and present advanced analytics.
• Fluency in SQL and ability to translate and write technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain complex data sets, data processes and client-facing dashboards.
• Collaborate with account, strategy, and operations teams to support client deliverables and data cloud products.
• Identify opportunities and provide analytics to client teams to enhance BI capabilities.
• Partner with product teams to ensure platform capabilities meet client requirements and future revenue opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project engagements and evolve processes.
