Qualifications

• 7+ years of BI/analytics experience.
• Strong Power BI dashboard development.
• Advanced SQL and Snowflake proficiency.
• Experience translating business needs into reports and metrics.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions for leadership.
• Build and maintain Power BI data models, relationships, measures, and DAX calculations.
• Translate business requirements into reporting solutions, KPIs, and data models.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for large datasets.
• Work with Snowflake to query, analyze, and validate enterprise data for reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data is accessible for downstream Power BI reporting.
• Perform data validation, mapping, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis across source systems.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies and data quality issues to identify solutions.
• Gather and refine requirements for new dashboards and analytics initiatives.
• Continuously improve performance, scalability, and usability of Power BI solutions.
• Support testing and validation of new datasets and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain reporting documentation and data definitions.
• Manage multiple projects effectively with business and technical teams.
