Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Lead to architect the analytics engine for enterprise decisions. You will drive end-to-end analytics, design robust Snowflake data models, and deliver executive dashboards with Power BI.

The role requires independent leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on operational efficiency in a high-visibility environment. You will directly engage with senior executives to elicit requirements, guide data strategy, and

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or relevant field.
Snowflake development with advanced SQL and data warehousing best practices.
Power BI best-practices including DAX and Power Query; large executive dashboards.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end analytics lifecycle from stakeholder discovery to final solution.
Design and maintain scalable data models in Snowflake for multi-source data integration.
Develop advanced analytics for project-based environments (supply chain, project performance, subcontractor data).
Mentor junior developers and establish best-in-class DAX/SQL governance.
