Job summary

Zimmer Biomet Holdings is seeking a Business Sr. Analyst to drive CRM and Sales Force Effectiveness analytics, including dashboards, reports, and data visualization across the organization.

You will partner with IT, Finance and business stakeholders to implement analytics using Tableau and Alteryx, manage security/licensing, and lead requirement workshops in a fast-paced deployment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Tableau Desktop knowledge/certification preferred.
• Excel VBA and SQL coding knowledge preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience assisting or taking direct responsibility for developing and implementing analytical initiatives.
• MBA or graduate degree preferred.
• Previous experience working in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives for CRM and Sales Force Effectiveness.
• Develop dashboards, workflows, and reports in Tableau and Alteryx.
• Administer Tableau and Alteryx security, users, and licensing.
• Collaborate with management and end-users to create visualizations and automated reports.
• Support front-line users with training and coaching on functionality.
