Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an experienced BI Analyst to drive finance reporting using SAC, Power BI, and related Power Platform tools. You will translate business needs into scalable BI solutions and partner with data engineering to build robust data pipelines in Snowflake.

You will support automation, ensure data quality, and deliver actionable insights for Finance teams while contributing to governance and continuous improvement across platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Data Modelling and Data Visualization.
• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field or equivalent work experience and training.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, SAC or Tableau; familiarity with data warehousing and version control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Support Finance reporting using SAC, Power BI, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools for reporting and automation, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with business and data engineering teams to translate business requirements into BI solutions, improving efficiency and delivering actionable insights.
• Work with Data Engineering on scalable data pipelines and data models in Snowflake/Datasphere, aligned with advanced analytics needs across platforms.
• Support prioritizing requests and ensuring timely delivery.
• Apply data engineering concepts to consult with technical teams for scalable, reliable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by designing processes that automate data delivery and increase scalability.
• Promote data governance and quality by monitoring data and adhering to standard processes.
• Provide innovative solutions to support analysis and insights for Finance teams.
• Support ad hoc analyses and transition from legacy platforms.
