Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, data management, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience leading an analytics, BI, or data organization.
• Demonstrated experience building or operating an enterprise analytics program in a multi-location organization.
• Strong experience with Snowflake and Microsoft Power BI for enterprise reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Allied OMS's enterprise analytics strategy.
• Own the enterprise data warehouse and data platform strategy on Snowflake.
• Establish and maintain enterprise data dictionaries, KPI definitions, and reporting standards.
• Develop governance processes for data ownership, stewardship, and data quality.
• Provide executive dashboards and decision-support reports across Finance, Operations, and Revenue Cycle.
