Job summary

Target Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketplace New Business Performance Analyst to measure, analyze, and communicate performance to drive decisions. You will own dashboards, KPI definitions, forecasting, and scenario analyses to inform strategy.

The role partners with Sales Operations to connect insights to priorities and maintain data integrity, delivering timely, executive-ready insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Experience building executive dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and scenario analyses.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain KPIs, reporting standards, and executive scorecards for New Business Development.
• Monitor pipeline health across funnel stages and diagnose performance drivers.
• Build forecasting and pipeline projection models to inform strategy and priorities.
• Lead weekly/quarterly business reviews and deliver clear executive narratives.
