Job summary

HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Analytics to build and lead our marketplace analytics capability. You will measure engagement, conversion, revenue, and lifetime value, while shaping inventory and offer strategies across merchants and products.

You will own subscription analytics, churn drivers, cohorts, and retention reporting, partnering with Product, Growth, and Merchants to drive actionable insights and improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics or decision science experience in marketplace/ecommerce.
• Strong understanding of marketplace economics: conversion, revenue, margin, take rate.
• Experience with subscription funnels, retention cohorts, churn, and CLV.
• Practical knowledge of experimentation and causal analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketplace performance analytics from engagement to revenue and LTV.
• Evaluate inventory across merchants, products, categories, and offers.
• Develop dashboards and insights for Product, Growth, Marketing, and execs.
• Align metrics with affiliate, merchant, and vendor reporting.
• Own analytics for subscription and recurring-revenue products and cohorts.
• Collaborate to identify retention opportunities and design interventions.
• Measure promotions and pricing impact, guiding design before launch.
