Embrace Pet Insurance, part of Independence Pet Holdings, is hiring a Senior Manager of Data Analytics in Cleveland, OH. Hybrid role leading analytics, BI, and reporting across the enterprise with a focus on Power BI modernization and executive decision support.

The role partners with executive leadership to shape analytics strategy, build a high-performing team, and advance self-service analytics while driving measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 8+ years of analytics, BI, reporting, or decision support experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership in analytics or BI teams.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives across functions.
• Advanced Power BI expertise including enterprise strategy and dashboards.
• Experience partnering with executives to influence strategy using data insights.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
• Experience in insurance analytics preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise analytics function and scalable reporting strategy.
• Oversee Power BI governance, usability, and adoption across functions.
• Coach and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities and drive data-driven decisions.
• Develop executive dashboards and strategic analyses for leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing for customer insights and growth reporting.
• Expand self-service analytics and improve data accessibility.
• Work with Data Engineering, IT, and stakeholders to improve data quality.
