Orion180 Insurance Services LLC in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer (Power BI and Fabric) to design, develop, and scale enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. You will build centralized semantic models, craft high‑performance Power BI solutions, and partner with stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

The role emphasizes ownership, curiosity, and collaboration across data, engineering, and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
5+ years developing enterprise BI solutions.
3+ years of advanced Power BI development with semantic modeling and performance optimization.
Experience with Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, and data quality validation.
Hands-on experience with Azure and Fabric preferred.

Responsibilities

In this role you will design, develop, and scale enterprise reporting and analytics solutions across the organization.
Your primary mandate is to build and maintain centralized semantic models, developing high‑performance Power BI solutions, and partnering with business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights.
This role will advance our modern data and analytics platform, enabling self‑service reporting and standardized metrics.
