Embrace Pet Insurance is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics to lead the enterprise analytics function and serve as the internal analytics consulting leader. This role will oversee reporting, BI, strategic analysis, and analytics enablement across business functions.

The leader will manage a high-performing team, partner with executives to turn data into actionable insights, and help shape enterprise reporting strategy while advancing self-service analytics and a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 8+ years of analytics, BI, or reporting experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership managing analytics teams.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives across functions.
• Advanced Power BI expertise and enterprise reporting.
• Experience influencing strategy with executive leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in insurance analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise analytics function and set scalable reporting strategy.
• Oversee Power BI governance, development, and adoption across functions.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Partner with executives to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance reporting for leadership.
