Job summary

Viking Cruises is seeking a Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics in the Woodland Hills (Los Angeles) area for a hybrid role. You will lead analytics across Digital, Customer Experience, and Database Marketing, translating complex data into actionable business insights for senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in analytics, strong SQL skills, and experience with Databricks and Power BI. You will coach analysts, develop scalable reporting, and help shape measurement strategies and

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in advanced analytics or related fields.
Proven track record leading analytics initiatives across technical and business teams.
Strong SQL skills with Databricks or similar platforms.
Experience developing dashboards and executive insights.
Experience with customer, marketing, or journey analytics.
Experience designing experiments and measuring incrementality.
Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics across customer segments, digital channels, and promotions.
Define KPIs and measurement strategies for digital and CRM initiatives.
Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Develop analytics platforms and self-service dashboards using Power BI and Databricks.
Coach analysts and cross-functional partners on data-driven decision making.
Lead complex analytics initiatives from problem to recommendations.
