Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Key Analytics to lead the centralized Navitus Key Analytics team, serving as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, prospective clients, and existing customers by delivering insights that support business growth, client retention, and market competitiveness.

The team operates as a multidisciplinary analytics function, integrating underwriting, network pricing, rebate economics, financial analysis, competitive intelligence, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Navitus Key Analytics team with accountability for client performance analytics, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling.
• Oversee development of integrated analyses combining underwriting, rebate economics, pricing strategies, market intelligence, and reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Network Strategy, Finance, and Account Management to evaluate opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Serve as a strategic advisor during client consultations, renewal discussions, and market-facing engagements.
• Direct analyses that evaluate current and prospective client performance to improve competitiveness and growth.
• Lead creation of analytical tools, dashboards, models, and reporting solutions.
• Translate complex data into concise, actionable recommendations for executives and stakeholders.
• Identify emerging market trends and pricing considerations impacting client performance.
