Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Key Analytics to lead the centralized Navitus Key Analytics team and act as a strategic partner to clients and stakeholders by delivering insights that drive growth, retention, and market competitiveness.

The role spans underwriting, pricing, rebate economics, financial modeling, and performance reporting, with a focus on actionable recommendations and scalable analytics solutions. You will mentor staff and establish governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent work experience, required.
• 5+ years of Healthcare Economic/Financial Modeling and Analysis experience.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience in pricing strategy and market analysis.
• Experience with RFPs and competitive market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Navitus Key Analytics team with accountability for client performance analytics, competitive intelligence, financial modeling, underwriting support, network pricing analysis, and strategic business insights.
• Oversee the development and delivery of integrated analyses that combine underwriting, rebate economics, pricing strategies, market intelligence, and performance reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Network Strategy, Finance, and other functions to evaluate opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Serve as a strategic advisor during client consultations and market-facing engagements.
• Direct analyses that evaluate client performance and identify opportunities to improve competitiveness and growth.
