Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Key Analytics to lead the centralized Navitus Key Analytics team. You will partner with internal stakeholders, clients, and customers to deliver insights that drive growth and retention.

The role combines underwriting, pricing, rebate economics, financial analysis, and performance reporting into actionable recommendations. You will mentor the team, develop analytics tools, and ensure data quality and governance across client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in Healthcare Economic/Financial Modeling and Analysis.
• Leadership experience managing individuals or teams.
• Experience in pricing strategy and market analysis.
• Experience supporting RFPs and competitive market analysis.
• Proficiency with SAS, SQL, and/or QlikSense is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Navitus Key Analytics with accountability for client performance analytics and insights.
• Oversee integrated analyses combining underwriting, pricing strategies, and market intelligence.
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Network Strategy, Finance, and Account Management.
• Serve as strategic advisor during client consultations, RFPs, and renewals.
• Direct analyses to improve competitiveness and drive growth.
• Lead development of analytical tools, dashboards, models, and reporting.
• Translate data into concise recommendations for executives and partners.
• Identify emerging market trends and pricing considerations.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and solution design for complex challenges.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement scalable analytics solutions.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and analytical standards.
• Act as analytics SME for NavKey and communicate outputs effectively.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and insight generation.
• Mentor and develop team members for future leadership.
