Navitus is seeking a Sr Manager, Key Analytics to lead the centralized Navitus Key Analytics team, delivering insights that drive growth, client retention, and market competitiveness. You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations for executives and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in Healthcare Economic/Financial Modeling and Analysis.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Navitus Key Analytics team with accountability for client performance analytics and strategic insights.
• Oversee development of integrated analyses to support client decisions and growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Network Strategy, Finance, and other functions to evaluate opportunities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor during client engagements and renewals.
• Direct analyses to improve competitiveness and value for clients.
• Lead creation of analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
