Job summary

Beghou is seeking a senior analytics and delivery leader to drive innovation and revenue growth across Salesforce effectiveness, targeting, sizing, forecasting, and patient analytics in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences domain. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 10 years of managing and leading analytics, strategy, commercial operations, and consulting.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry managing project initiatives across commercial operations, including business reporting enhancements, data management processes, and marketing/sales operational process design.
• Deep expertise in commercial pharma use cases.
• Broad experience with different analytics tools, data sources, and programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics programs across Salesforce effectiveness, targeting and sizing, forecasting, patient analytics, and reporting in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences domain.
• Manage programs from the ground up, including client and team management, solution design, quality testing, solution innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and lead new POVs (point of view) and innovation initiatives.
• Provide subject matter expertise informing emerging trends and business development, client engagement, and solution innovation.
• Train and develop delivery teams that will execute client solutions.
• Grow external client engagements, owning aspects of the client-firm relationship.
