Beghou is seeking an experienced data analytics leader to oversee client projects, develop data-driven solutions, and advance analytics capabilities across life sciences engagements. You will leverage SAS, Python, and VBA to deliver impactful insights and drive client success.

You will lead proposals, manage budgets, mentor teams, and expand relationships with life sciences clients, supporting growth and excellence across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required with 6+ years experience in data & analytics in life sciences/pharma.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial functions including data management, sales operations, analytics, and BI/reporting.
• Advanced coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA) and data visualization proficiency (Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and proposals, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
• Develop data-driven reports, tools, and data processes; communicate insights to clients.
• Utilize SAS, Python, and VBA to process data and generate reports efficiently.
• Grow external client engagements and manage key client relationships.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and oversee project finances including SOWs and invoices.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to best-practice improvements.
• Mentor teams and support organizational development.
