Job summary

Beghou is seeking a senior Data Management lead to guide the conception, execution, and delivery of data management systems for pharmaceutical and life science client programs in the US market.

You will mentor teams, manage client interactions, and drive data processing and reporting using coding tools. The role emphasizes strategic guidance, project leadership, and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience implementing or supporting MDM in US pharmaceuticals market.
• MDM experience in Oncology preferred.
• Proficiency in Office products; advanced Excel required.
• Coding skills in Python, R or SAS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and develops Data Management projects to ensure methodological soundness and timely delivery.
• Leads project teams in design and development of Data management projects.
• Advises on strategy, resources, deadlines, and supports client needs.
• Defines project scope and development approach; conducts issue analysis and hypothesis development.
• Synthesizes findings and communicates results to clients and internal teams.
• Manages project finances and client communications; drafts SOWs and invoices.
