Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 6 years of professional experience in data and analytics within life sciences or pharma.
• Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
• Advanced coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA) and data visualization proficiency (Tableau, PowerBI) plus MS Office with advanced Excel.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative skills and problem-solving ability.
• Proven project management and people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead impactful projects: oversee proposals and ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Develop data-driven solutions: build advanced reports, online tools, and data processes; communicate insights effectively to clients.
• Leverage coding skills: use SAS, Python, VBA for data processing and reporting.
• Drive client success: grow external engagements and manage client relationships and outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and handle SOWs and invoices; identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor diverse teams, fostering an inclusive, innovative culture and supporting professional development.
• Contribute to organizational development through engagement, recruitment, training, and internal initiatives.
