Beghou is seeking an experienced data & analytics leader to oversee client proposals and deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions. You will guide complex reports, online tools, and data processes while communicating insights to clients, leveraging SAS, Python, and VBA for robust, efficient delivery.

The role emphasizes project leadership, client growth, and team mentorship, with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and budget adherence within life sciences analytics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in data and analytics within life sciences or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions including data management, sales operations, and BI/reporting.
• Technical expertise with coding (SAS, Python, VBA) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with experience leading teams or projects.
• Knowledge of analytics trends and best practices in life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of client proposals and ensure methodological soundness.
• Develop data-driven reports, online tools, and data processes; present insights to clients.
• Leverage SAS, Python, and VBA for data processing and reporting.
• Grow client engagements and manage relationships for satisfaction.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and handle project finances including SOWs and invoices.
• Identify growth opportunities and improvements to best practices.
