Job summary

Beghou is seeking an analytics and delivery leader to drive strategic programs across Salesforce effectiveness, targeting, forecasting, and patient analytics for life sciences clients.

You will partner with Partners, grow external engagements, manage programs end-to-end, and mentor a delivery team to execute innovative, data-driven solutions across Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Sales enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• 10+ years of analytics, strategy, or consulting leadership.
• Experience in pharma/life sciences commercial operations.
• Deep expertise in pharma use cases.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and data sources.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and business applications.
• Strong project management and multi-project prioritization.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics programs across Salesforce effectiveness, targeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage client and team delivery from design to execution and continuous improvement.
• Develop POVs and innovation initiatives for client impact.
• Mentor delivery teams and grow client engagements.
• Oversee solution design for analytics programs and BD support.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
