Beghou Consulting seeks a seasoned leader to drive analytics programs across Salesforce effectiveness, targeting, sizing, forecasting, and patient analytics for life sciences clients.

You will manage cross-functional teams, shape strategic initiatives, and deliver measurable impact across Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Sales enablement. Exceptional communication and leadership are essential for success in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of managing and leading analytics, strategy, commercial operations, and consulting.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry managing various project initiatives across commercial operations.
• Broad experience with analytics tools, data sources, and programming languages.
• Executive-level communication and effective people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics programs across Salesforce effectiveness, targeting and sizing, forecasting, patient analytics, and reporting.
• Manage programs end-to-end: client and team management, design, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Develop new POVs and innovation initiatives to drive business growth and client value.
