Job summary

CSC Generation in a hybrid setup (US: Salt Lake City or Austin preferred) seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer to bridge raw data and business decisions. You will model data, define metrics, and build semantic layers serving as the single truth for portfolio-wide metrics.

You’ll reconcile data across ERP, analytics, and operations, validate results, and accelerate analytics with AI tooling while partnering with stakeholders across brands.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python for data modeling and validation.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Familiar with ERP and web analytics data sources.
• Solid ETL/ELT understanding and orchestration tooling.
• Ability to define KPIs and translate questions into analyses.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and debug SQL and Python code to build data models.
• Design semantic layers and reusable data models in BI tools.
• Integrate and reconcile data across multiple systems and units.
• Validate data and reconcile discrepancies across sources.
• Assess feasibility and scope for new data requests.
• Define KPIs and translate business questions into analytics approaches.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis while validating outputs.
• Partner with data engineering and stakeholders to deliver insights.
