Job summary

Adobe’s Firefly is scaling its data science organization, combining hands-on analytics with strategic leadership. You will mentor a team of data analysts and scientists, shape the analytics roadmap, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, GTM, PLG, and Engineering to drive data-informed decisions.

You will develop predictive models, dashboards, and deep-dives, monitor product health, and advocate for data quality at scale. Strong stats, Python, SQL, and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in an analytical field (statistics, applied math, CS, engineering, economics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading analytics & data science groups, including mentoring senior ICs.
• 5+ years of proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong fundamentals in statistics and data visualization.
• Experience with A/B testing and sampling methods.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Play a hands-on analytical role during your first months.
• Then transition to leading a team of data analysts and scientists, providing mentorship.
• Ensure high-quality work and clear growth paths while balancing resource allocations across workstreams.
• Develop deep understanding of customers, products, and business performance to inform decisions.
• Act as trusted advisor to Product, Marketing, GTM, PLG, and Engineering to guide roadmap with data-driven insights.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape analytics and experimentation strategy.
