Job summary

Adobe Design is seeking a hands-on, AI-native product leader to shape the Firefly experience. You will own experience outcomes, align with executive leadership, and drive rapid, data-informed decisions across design, product, and engineering.

Responsibilities

Define and drive design strategy for Firefly aligned with MAU growth and retention.
Specify problems to solve and map design decisions to business levers.
Lead data-informed decision making with experiments and user data.
Maintain design craft and velocity while reducing UI debt across surfaces.
Guide non-designers (PMs, engineers) to craft coherent user experiences.
Present decisions clearly to SVPs, VPs, and executive teams.
Build and develop world-class design talent and foster an inclusive team culture.
